Introduction

This kit based on Real time PCR method determines the presence of Covid-19 virus genome in any stage of infection with high sensitivity and accuracy. The acceptable specimens for using of this kit are specimens including nasopharyngeal or oropharyngeal aspirates or washes, nasopharyngeal or oropharyngeal swabs, broncheoalveolar lavage, tracheal aspirates, and sputum.
